• The payment for your activity is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date activity or time slot provided we are given 48 hours notice prior to your booking.
• Booking slots are 55 minutes. The venue is not responsible for lateness. Although we will always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances please advise your full party to be early to allow for check-in so as to maximise activity time for your booking. Incoming bookings will take priority over latecomers.
• Time slots will finish promptly to allow for a professional turnaround for incoming guests. If you start a game at the end of your allotted time you may be asked to move for incoming bookings without the game being able to finish.
• Factory Floor is an 18+ venue after 1900, last entry for guests under 18 is 1800. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to enter the venue or complete their booking. No refunds will be made. We want Factory Floor to be a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
• We take a zero tolerance stance on abuse towards our staff or our guests. We reserve the right to remove an entire party based on individuals behaviour that we deem to be aggressive, discriminatory, abusive or anti-social. No refunds will be offered in this eventuality.
