Planning a celebration? Every package gives your group access to all of our games, along with drinks and sharing platters from the Yard & Coop kitchen. Prices are per person and are the same on any day of the week.

- Games: all included, from interactive darts, shuffleboard and pool to karaoke and beer pong.
- House drinks: a can of Heineken or cider, a glass of Prosecco or a soft drink. With the Gold package, your drinks can be anything from our full drinks menu, up to £12 in total.
- Platters: sharing platters are sized to suit your group, or you can choose your own selection from the Yard & Coop menu.
- Add a buffet: Yard & Coop can provide a buffet for your group; see the options on our menus page.
- Add drinks: pre-order a Beer Bucket (8 × Heineken or Sol) for £40, two bottles of Prosecco for £55, or House Drinks Vouchers at £6 each.

Planning something bigger? We can welcome 33 to 450 guests.
Large group booking
Hosting 33 guests or more? You will have your own reserved area for games, food and drink. Party Packages start from £30pp and include all seven of our games.
Full venue exclusive hire
Take over the whole of Factory Floor for up to 450 guests. Choose a day session (12pm to 4pm) or a night session (5pm to 9pm), Thursday to Sunday, from £2,500. Monday to Wednesday is available by arrangement.
Make it your own
Add every game with the Games Add-On, choose a buffet or sharing platters, and arrange a pre-paid bar tab or run a tab on the day.
How booking works
- Choose how to book. Pick a game, a Party Package or venue hire, then add a buffet or drinks if you like.
- Book online. Select your date, time and number of guests in our booking form. For 33 or more guests, choose Large Groups / Venue Hire and the team will help you plan the day.
- Arrive and check in. Head to Factory Floor at Cotton Works, Swan Meadow Road, Wigan WN3 5EX, and check in on your right as you walk into the venue.
- Game on. Grab a drink, take your places and let the competition begin. Bragging rights are up for grabs.
- Keep the party going. On Fridays and Saturdays, the DJs, dancers and lights take over from 8pm.

Select Book Now to open our booking form, then choose Darts, Shuffleboard, American Pool, English Pool or Large Groups / Venue Hire, and pick your date, time and number of guests. Karaoke is booked separately through Singpods. For 33 or more guests, including venue hire, choose Large Groups / Venue Hire and our team will help you plan the day. Shuffleboard starts from £8pp per hour, interactive darts from £10pp per hour and pool from £12 per table per hour. Karaoke starts from £22 per booth. Party Packages start from £30pp, and exclusive venue hire starts from £2,500.
All of our games are included in every Party Package, so your group can play whatever it likes, along with drinks and sharing platters from Yard & Coop. Bronze costs £30pp and covers 1 hour of game time and a house drink each. Silver costs £40pp and covers 2 hours of game time and 2 house drinks each. Gold costs £60pp and adds a welcome house drink, plus 2 drinks of your choice from our full drinks menu.
Yes. You can hire the whole of Factory Floor for up to 450 guests, Thursday to Sunday, with a day session from noon to 4pm or a night session from 5pm to 9pm. Hire on Monday to Wednesday can also be arranged. Please get in touch for further details.
Yes. We take a 25% deposit on every group booking. For events, the deposit is due two weeks before your event, with the final balance due one week before. Full terms are set out in our booking policy.
Payments are non-refundable, but your booking can be transferred to another date, activity or time slot if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before it starts. Please email hello@factory-floor.co.uk to arrange this. Full terms are set out in our booking policy.
Yes. Large group bookings carry a minimum spend of £30 per guest. Exclusive venue hire has a minimum spend from £2,500, depending on the day and session.
We are open Thursday 5pm–10pm, Friday 3pm–late, Saturday 11am–late and Sunday 11am–8pm. On Fridays and Saturdays we close no later than 2am, and DJ nights run from 8pm until close.
Please note that we are an 18+ venue exclusively after 19:00, and under 18s must be supervised at all times. We also operate a Challenge 25 Policy, so ID is essential after 19:00. Dogs are not allowed in the venue.
Please tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies when you book, and the team will advise on suitable options. Vegan options include cauliflower wings and a vegan burger. Please note that we are unable to cater for guests with coeliac disease.
